I've been having a bit of a stylistic identity crisis lately. Blame it on the still very wintery weather around here, or on the fact I've been trying to grow back bad haircut upon bad haircut for the past 4 months, I've been finding it difficult to write concisely about style here even though I've been meaning to and wanting to. I've made terrible purchase decisions since we last spoke, and I think I might start posting my purchases here for the sake of shaming myself into keeping things in check... we'll see.
In the meantime, I'm trying to reconcile the above (glamorous, a bit eccentric, a bit out of the ordinary) with this (classic, minimalistic), because it's when I attempt the first, which I love, that I make 'mistakes' that make me feel uncomfortable.

I'd love to see some of your recent purchases! I'd ALSO love to see some more outfits in general! Maybe a little compilation of successful lout fits vs failed ones? ohhhhhhh I'm excited!
ReplyDeleteI'm really excited to start doing all of those things, and I'm glad you're looking forward to them! I'm just really bummed that right after writing this post, I got wayy more homework and papers to write than I expected and got sick on top of that, because it makes it all look like I'm making enthusiastic promises only to forget about them :( I have not forgotten or lost my enthusiasm, promised.

It's actually nice to follow a blog that doesn't constantly update haha it makes me feel better ^^ I haven't blogged in ages, Korea is feeling so blergh right now, and my job is really not what I want to be doing. Children are great...but spending 5 hours a day with 4 year olds is...well...boring haha
